Joe Loria

    • Immaculate Conception High School: 1987-1989

  • Pitched for the University of Detroit (Mercy) Titans in 1983 and 1984; pitched for the Jacksonville (Ala.) State University Gamecocks from 1985-1987 where he recorded a team-best 1.89 ERA, going 6-0 with 52 strikeouts and allowing only 10 earned runs in 1986

  • Played at Bishop Gallagher High School (1980-82); won Catholic League titles in 1980 & 1982 and won the Class A State Championship in 1981

  • Program Director, MBC Muckdogs

  • Currently coaching the MBC Muckdogs 17u

  • Instructed/coached over 100 college or All-State high school players, including future pros Alex Avila (Detroit Tigers), Nick Buss (Los Angeles Dodgers)

Patrick Dulapa

  • 2010 graduate of Warren De La Salle, starting 3rd baseman of the 2009 Division I state champions

Sandy Carra

  • Served as the Varsity and JV pitching coach for Sterling Heights Stevenson High School the past four years

  • Longtime Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) coach with St. Anne (Warren) and St. Lawrence (Utica)

  • Currently works with pitchers from around the Metro Detroit area, including pitchers from local fast pitch travel teams: Five Tool, Stealers, Batbusters, Sharks, Romeo Renegades, etc. 

  • Starts training girls from age 7 all the way through high school age, imparting an undeniable passion for softball and the expertise to transform athletes into pitchers.
